This sixty-six year old lady underwent breast augmentation twenty-six years ago. She developed severe firmness and distorted shape in both breasts. She is seen here ten weeks after removal of the implants and scar capsules and breast lift surgery. She has soft breasts with attractive size and shape, and a more youthful appearance.
