Patient 24

This twenty-two year old lady, who is 5’2” and 120 lbs, wanted to enlarge her “tiny” breasts. She underwent submuscular breast augmentation with 450 cc smooth-walled gel implants. Short inframammary incisions were used. She is seen three months after surgery. The breasts are round, full and soft. She is delighted with her “new look”.
